These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of Santhosh Special Doctors Private Limited's Website and Mobile Application, located at www.thespecialdoctors.com.

By accessing this website/mobile app we assume you accept these terms and conditions. Do not continue to use www.thespecialdoctors.com and the same mobile app if you do not agree to take all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.

The following terminology applies to these Terms and Conditions, Privacy Statement and Disclaimer Notice, and all Agreements: "Client", "You" and "Your" refers to you, the person logs on to this website/mobile app and is compliant with the Company’s terms and conditions. "The Company", "Ourselves", "We", "Our" and "Us", refers to our Company. "Party", "Parties", or "Us", refers to both the Client and ourselves. All terms refer to the offer, acceptance, and consideration of payment necessary to undertake the process of our assistance to the Client in the most appropriate manner for the express purpose of meeting the Client’s needs in respect of the provision of the Company’s stated services, in accordance with and subject to, prevailing law of Netherlands. Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural, capitalization, and/or he/she or they, are taken as interchangeable and therefore as referring to the same.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

1. No registration fee is collected from the patient. The patient has to directly pay the consultation fee to the doctor either at the Clinic or at the Home visit. 
2. If the Doctor is unavailable or cancels the scheduled appointment,  a full refund will be provided to the patient at the Clinic. 
3. The doctor has to pay the Registration fee as per the Terms and Conditions.

Shipping And Delivery

As we do not provide or deliver any goods or products, there are no shipping and delivery charges. It is only a Service provider app where you can find and connect Special Doctors as per your need.

We employ the use of cookies. By accessing www.thespecialdoctors.com, you agreed to use cookies in agreement with Santhosh Special Doctors Private Limited's Privacy Policy.
